Nee IvesMCCANNPatricia (Pat) Peacefully in hospital on 8th June after a short illness, with her family at her side, Pat aged 85. Wife of the late Tom, much loved mother of Maureen, mother in law of Steve. Cherished nan of Donna, Stephen, Paul, the late Craig Scott, Craig and Kayleigh. Great nan of Thomas, Gracie and William. Loved and remembered always. Funeral to take place on Friday 17th June at 1:45 at St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu if desired to Ward 8, James Cook Hospital. Then afterwards at the Poverina. All welcome.
