FrederickMCALINDENFred passed away in The Rotherham Hospice on 4th June aged 93 years.

His funeral will take place at 4:15pm at Rotherham Crematorium on Monday 29th June.

Donations in his memory will go to The Rotherham Hospice and a collection will be held at the service. Alternatively you may donate here via the option below.

Fred was a much valued family friend for over 40 years. He was my Dad's best mate after they met at work in British Steel. They remained friends through retirement, and the friendship expanded to Mum and Betty, me and Roy, Patricia, and Grandad Kemp.
What great Thursday nights out we all enjoyed over the years.
We remained friends through the loss of our nearest and dearest (Betty, George Pat my Dad, Audrey my Mum and Roy my husband). Meeting up was always a highlight of my visits to Rotherham.
I'm so glad that Fred came into my family's life.
Rest in peace.
