Paddy, you were a character, a force of nature and a one-off.
Whenever our paths crossed I knew I was in for a laugh, and you always delivered. I've laughed until my ribs hurt! A great raconteur, you really missed your calling you should have been a comedian.
A wonderful husband to my sister, a great all-round family man, a good man, a nice man, and there's no finer accolade than that.
But I know you live on in spirit. And what a mischievous spirit you will be, entertaining them all up there whilst watching over Carmel and the gang every step of the way!
God bless you, Paddy.
Love from your sister-in-law, Julie. xxx

We go back so many years and I look back with nothing but fondness.
Paddy you taught me to drive and built me a kitchen in my first little back house, always kind and nothing too much trouble.
A great friend to all and a positive influence all round.

Go raise a glass with The Beef!

RIP Paddy ❤️
