JohnLYNDENPeacefully on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at Plas y Dderwen, Johnstown Carmarthen, John beloved husband of Ruth, devoted father of Vanessa, Nicky and Clare, much loved grandfather and great grandfather, respected father in law, also a loving brother.

Celebration of John's life will be held at Towy Community Church, St Catherine's Walk Carmarthen SA31 1GA on Wednesday 19th August at 12-00 noon.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be given, cheques only please made payable to Towy Community Church - Xcel Bowl Carmarthen c/o

John gave me my first summer holiday job in 1980 as a 16 year old, helping to build his house on Alltycnap Road.
As the years went by, as an architect, I helped with many of his projects
Great memories and fun of a lovely knowledgeable gentleman.
Rest in peace my old friend x
