JamesLEHANEIt's with great sadness for me to tell you that JAMES LEHANE of Allerton, Liverpool sadly passed away on Friday the 20th of March 26.

He passed peacefully in his sleep at the age of 88 and left four sons James, Michael, Peter and Paul. He was a husband to Frances, a grandfather and a great grandfather.

He had an engineering background who loved to dabble with HAM Radio in his spare time. In his younger days he was a firm motorcyclist and instructor.

To his boys he was a father first but also teacher, a voice of reason and discipline, a life coach as well as your best friend. A great man that has now been reunited with his love (Frances) in Heaven where they will rest in peace.

Service to be held in Allerton Crematorium on Wednesday 8th of April at 15:30 hrs.

Goodnight and god bless Jim, we want to thankyou for always being there when we needed your support, the kids grew up knowing you and Francis were someone they could rely on. I loved the way you would always pop up whilst I was under the car and you’d point out what was best and always lending me the tools to help. 36 years almost of friendship and understanding never judging our mad house. The way Duke would greet you was very telling he was very dismissive of people but never you. RIP love and respect always from Alan, Julie and all the kids xx

I am missing you so much Jimbo. Watching Find it, Flix it, Flog it and G2E will never be as much fun without you. We did have our laughs over a cuppa, a biscuit and the odd Baileys and I thank you for that. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about your childhood in Dingle and the things you got up to ( climbing across buildings to watch a matinee through a skylight ). Visiting you was my bit of peace and quiet. I'll not forget your cheeky grin anytime soon. One last big hug for you. Thanks Jimbo x
Rest in peace.
