BoleslawKUBICADied peacefully at home on the 6th October aged 98 years. Beloved husband of Frances and father to Jenny, Suzanne and Sally. The funeral will take place at Guildford Crematorium on Wednesday 25th October at 3pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Dementia UK.
