Philip JosephKELLYSandra, George, Lesley and Jack would like to express their sincere thanks to family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for the numerous expressions of sympathy received after the devastating loss of Philip. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who cared for Phil during his illness, including the district nurse team, staff at the Marina Daglish Centre and the nursing teams on wards 1 and 4 at Aintree Hospital. The family have been greatly comforted by the generosity of Phil's friends and colleagues who have raised over £1000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
