EugenieKELLY-RIGGLE75, of Stirling, passed from this life on 23rd December 2025 at Strathcarron Hospice after a short illness. Born in Jamaica, she led a full life and is greatly missed by her four children (Charmayne, Shayne, Jenine and Taj), her step son (Alec and family), her four grandchildren (Pierre, Antony, Corey and Che) and seven great grandchildren, her brother (Junior), sister (Debbie), cousin (Patsy), aswell as her husband of 37 years (David) and other family members and friends.

She was kind, engaging and compassionate, a good friend, companion and/or workmate at the Health Safety Executive, the BBC. Lehigh University, the NHS and elsewhere. She was a healer at heart with a bright Spirit and was loved by many from Jamaica to the UK, from the USA to New Zealand and places in between.

We carry your heart; we carry it in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held Saturday 17th January 2026 at 10:00 am at the Stirlingshire Crematorium.

In lieu of flowers, a donation page has been set up in Eugenie's memory with all proceeds going to Strathcarron Hospice who looked after her with the most amazing Love, Care & Affection. Thank you.
