In hospital, of Crud y Castell, Denbigh aged 59 years.
Beloved husband of Sandra, dearly loved father of Kayleigh, Gary, Craig and Jason and a much loved taid, dear son of Marian and the late Ray (Ruthin).
Funeral on Wednesday, November 19. Service at St. Marcella's Church, Denbigh at 1pm followed by a private committal.
Family flowers only. Donations in memory, if desired, to The North Wales Animal Rescue.
