Robert (Bob)JONES DR.After qualifying in Medicine from Guys Hospital in London, he decided that he wanted to be in General Practice. He joined Dr Alex Brodie Davie as a Partner in 1957 in Cranford. The Practice moved into the newly built Health Centre in Hounslow in 1970 where he practiced until his eventual retirement aged 73yrs. During the late sixties he served on the Middlesex Local Medical Council and was appointed local Treasury Medical Officer for Civil Service. He also maintained an interest in aviation medicine at a weekly session at British Airways and IAL. He devoted his life in helping others and he will be greatly missed by his partner Elizabeth, his two daughters, Liz and Claire, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. His Funeral is on 15 Nov 2018, 3.20pm at Mortlake Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Friends of Guys & St Thomas' Hospital
