Kathleen (Kath)JOHNSONPassed away peacefully on 6th November 2025 after bravely fighting dementia for 15 years with Claire, Lauren and Laylor'raine by her side, Kath aged 83 years.
A loving and much-loved Mam, Nana, Great-Nana and friend to many.
Kath will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
Funeral service to be held at St Bede's Chapel on Tuesday 18th November 2025 at 09:30am. Friends please meet at the chapel.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if so desired can be made to Alzheimer's Society. Retiring collection at the chapel.
