Gwen, formerly of Hafan Tywi, Carmarthen, Scarborough and Eastbourne.
Beloved wife of the late Reverend Derek Jennings,
loving mother of Adrian, Nicola and Katy,
a dear grandmother, sister and mother-in-law.
A private celebration of Gwen's life will be held at a later date.
