A devoted husband to Terri, a much loved father to Steven, Cathy, Janice, Debbie and Judy. A special Taid to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a good friend to many. A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at St Winefride's RC Church, Chester Street, St Asaph on Friday 20th September at 1.00pm followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Frank will be gratefully received towards The Stroke & Parkinson's Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
