Also to everyone who attended the funeral service. Thanks to the Paramedics and staff at A and E, Rochdale Infirmary, Bolton Royal Hospital Intensive Care Unit and Fairfield Intensive Care Unit. Special thanks to Debbie for the wonderful way in which she looked after Maureen and us as a family, also to Reverend Karen Smeeton for her kind ministrations and to Dixons for their funeral arrangements which were dignified, efficient and very much appreciated. Thanks also to Jackie and Cameron at the Donkey for their excellent buffet. Thank you everyone.
