BrianHINDLEYPassed away peacefully on the 15th May 2021 at Lawton Manor Nursing home aged 87 years. Much loved and Devoted Husband of Diana Christina Hindley. Dear Dad to Guy Thomas, Kim, Austin and Guy Brian. Grandad to Jessica, Christopher, Kieron, Ryan, Matthew and Stephen. Brian served with the Cheshire Regiment during the 50s and 60s. During the 80s and 90s he was caretaker at Prestbury and Upton Priory Primary schools. He then became the proprietor of the Ironing Parlour based in Bollington during the 1990s. Then retired with Diana to Towyn until 2010 returning to Scholar Green. They met in 1950 and were married on the 18th December 1954 and had recently celebrated 66 years of marriage. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 3rd June 2021 11:30am at Macclesfield Crematorium Chapel followed by interment at Macclesfield Cemetery. Family flowers only.
