Peacefully passed away on 9th December 2023 aged 91 years.

A much loved Mother of Suzanne & David, Grandmother to Rebecca and Charlotte, Sister to Peggy and Mother-in-Law to George and dear friend to the late Neville Farmer, Hazel will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Huish Episcopi on Tuesday 9th January at 2.00pm followed by a burial at Langport Cemetery.

Family Flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for St Margaret's (Somerset) Hospice can be made online at funeral-notices.co.uk or cheques made payable to the above forwarded to Forsey and Son, Willowfields, Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury, BA6 9GY.
