Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 16th November 2023.
Loving Wife to John, Devoted Mum to John, Mary, Jacqueline, Bernadette, Teresa and Louise. Cherished Grandmother to Robbie, John, Jodie, Jake, Damon, Lydia, Megan, Alex, Luke, Sienna, Amber, William, Finley and Charlie. Much loved Great Grandmother to Sophie, Joe, Lucy, Robbie and Shay.
Teresa's funeral service will take place on Thursday 7th December 2023 at St Aloysius Catholic Church at 11.30am, followed by a committal at St Helen's Crematorium at 1pm.
Following the cremation, the family invite all friends to St Aloysius Parish Club to remember Teresa and celebrate her life.
We kindly request family flowers only. However, donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the Charity 12 Million Minds on the day.
My wife and best mate, it broke my heart to lose you Tree but you will never be alone as part of me went with you. Until we meet again, your heart broken Husband John.
Mum there are not enough words to tell the world what an amazing, kind and caring person you are. Your guiding hand, comforting shoulder, the cheering us on, our loudest, proudest supporter. The best mum in 20 streets. Forever in our hearts, your loving children and partners.
Nan, thank you for the wonderful memories and fun times we spent together. You loved life and treasured your family. We love you and will miss you. God bless Nan, your Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren x x x.
