JenniferHAMERof Haslingden, passed away peacefully at Royal Blackburn Hospital on August 18, aged 76.
A much-loved sister of Peter, and sister-in-law of Jacqui, and aunt to Matthew and Martin.
Originally born in Bury, Jen moved with her family to Haslingden when she was 10 years old.
Her parents bought a lady's outfitters, where Jen used to spend every day helping her mum in the shop.
She loved her holidays, especially going to Gilfach in Wales, where she spent a lot of time on the beach
and walking with her dog Mandy. In later life she enjoyed music, particularly Abba, and dancing.
She attended the Gateway Club in Waterfoot and a weekly art and craft class at Rosehill Methodist Church in Burnley.
Jen's funeral will be held at Burnley Crematorium on Friday, September 12 at 3.15pm.
Donations in her memory are welcomed for Mencap.
