AvrilFOWKES (Nee Potter)Avril's family are deeply saddened to announce that Avril passed away, suddenly on Wednesday 8th June 2022, aged 85 years. Cherished wife of her dearest late husband, Frank, beloved mother of Julie, Anthony, David, Rosalyn and Peter and the much-loved mother-in-law of Steve, Teresa, Anita, and Robert. Loving sister of the late Bernice and the late Linda. A loved Nana, great-nana, great-great nana, and aunt. Avril was a highly respected and very dear friend of many and will be greatly missed. Avril's funeral will take place on Tuesday June 28th 2022, at 12:30pm, in the Main Chapel, Markeaton Crematorium, Derby. Floral tributes are welcome or donations in Avril's memory, to 'Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis', may be sent care of A W Lymn Funeral Services, Derwent House, 9 Becket St, Derby DE1 1HT.
