Kevin RobertFAIRBANKPeacefully, after a short illness, on Friday 19th December 2025, Kevin aged 66 years, passed away surrounded by his family, in the care of Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

Father to James, Richard & Christopher, a brother to James, Wendy, Linda, Susan & Anne, a cherished grandad to Izzie, Edward, Noah, Imogen & Bertie. Kev was a great friend to many and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 14th January 2026, at Woodlands Crematorium - Scunthorpe, at 10.40am.

Rather than flowers, please feel free to make donations in lieu of Kev's memory to Lindsey Lodge Hospice, which may be sent direct to the hospice, or left in the donation box at the service.

Please feel free to wear a splash of red in support of Kevin's love for Manchester United.

All enquiries to H & HJ Huteson & Sons, Holydyke Funeral Home, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 5PR. Tel: 01652 660330

Was in same form as Kev , from County School juniors up to end of Beretun , so spent Monday mornings before lessons began discussing fortunes of Red Devils. In our 30's we briefly decided to try and get fit playing tennis at Baysgarth tennis courts , usually ending with us having to take post match refreshments !
Saw him occasionally over last decades , were he'd developed a wry sense of humour. R.I.P. Kev .
