Dad - Twenty years ago today.

You said "Hi Sam" for the final time.
I said "Hi Dad for the last time.
We talked for the last time about how bad the snow was outside, and you asked me if William and Alex were good.
You kissed me for the last time at the front door as I was leaving.
My final kiss brushed your cheek.
My hand brushed yours and we smiled.
We hugged each other tightly at the front door.
I looked into your eyes,they were twinkling like the stars.
I knew that this was our 'final moment' together.

From the moment I stepped into the house that day I knew you were leaving me, someone was whispering in my ear that you were going

And so it was .... 💔💔💔💔💔

We remember you with so much love Dad/Papa every waking hour of everyday.
