Died peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 86 years, born 26th December 1939 and formerly of Prestatyn.
David joined the Royal Marines in 1958 and served for five years, mostly in the Corps in Malta and then based at the Citadel in Plymouth.
He enjoyed many hobbies over the years, which included metal detecting and walking and was also a keen fisherman.
He was a loving son who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A service will be held at Christ Church, Prestatyn on Thursday, 24th July at 1:30pm Followed by interment at Coed Bell Cemetery.
