Loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at St Marcella's Parish Church, Denbigh on Thursday 12th December at 2:30pm, followed by interment at the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, but donations in Jonathan's memory will be gratefully received for Ward 45, Countess of Chester Hospital.
