Valerie AnneCRAWFORDOf Allestree, Valerie passed away peacefully on 5th December 2025 at Abbeydale Nursing Home, aged 87 years.
A much-loved wife of Ron, a devoted mum to Lesley and Peter, and a cherished grandma and great grandma, who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Valerie's funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel, on Thursday 22nd January 2026 at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in Valerie's memory, if desired, will be gratefully received for the Special Care Baby Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.
By family request, there is no need to wear black.
