Wendy BarbaraCOOPEROf Breadsall Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday 24th September 2025. Aged 78 years.

Loving sister to Chris. Devoted mum to Mark, Martin, Amanda and Sam. Cherished nanna to Ricky, Michaela, Ryan, Kieran, Jade, Harrison, Macey and Millie. Wendy was also a loving great nanna.

Wendy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

The Funeral Service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Saturday 25th October at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please, however donations to support The Nightingale Macmillan Unit (Royal Derby Hospital ) may be made online by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk or may be placed in the donation box at the service.

It’s been 4 months and we’re getting closer to the 5th… I miss you so much nanna. Not a day goes by where I don’t think of you! The tears still fall heavy and fast. But the smiles always come because I can’t think of you and not smile. I have a lifetime of happy memories because of you and I still feel your love each and every single day! I talk to you and daily and I feel you with me. I hope I’m making you proud. Always missed forever loved! Until we meet again. I love you to the heavens and back forever and always ✨

My dear sister Wendy, I will always miss you. You had a cheerful smile, whatever life threw at you. When I was a boy I saw you as a second Mum, you used to take me with you on many occasions with your friend Little Joyce. I Still remember being taken to the pictures, long walks and when I was a little older, staying with you in Ashbourne with your lovely Cocker Spaniel 'Sandy'.
