Thomas MichaelCONWAYPassed away aged 89 years, after a short illness. Tom, loving husband of the late Elizabeth, much loved father of Padraic and Rachel, grandad of Philip, Helen, Sarah and Katherine and great grandfather of James, Emillie and Ralf.

Funeral mass to be held at St Barnabas Church, Rowlands Gill on Friday 20th February at 10am.

Family flowers only and donations in lieu, if desired, to Age UK.
