Lorraine AnitaCHALKPeacefully after a short illness at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on 2nd October 2023, Lorraine aged 84 years.

Mum to Stephen, Colin & Claire and Nanny to 6 grandchildren. Sister to Jaqueline and Janet (deceased). Will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral service at St Paul’s Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Thursday 26th October at 3pm.

Not many days of my childhood don't contain a memory without you in it, the day trips with yourself & mum and Claire, you coming down to ours, myself coming to yours in the morning for the bus trip to school, and just being there for Mum.

A family friend throughout our childhood for many years and never more so than during difficult times. A best friend and much-needed companion to our Mum. Together, they shared multiple happy times and outings. As a family, we all have lasting, unique thoughts and memories. Much thought and sympathy to Stephen, Colin, Claire and their families. XXX
