JoanCHADWICKIt is with deep sadness that we have to announce the passing of our dearly loved Mum, Grandma, & Great Grandma Joan Chadwick. Joan passed peacefully with family by her side at Chapel View Care Home and was never once alone through her journey to meet her beloved husband Jack, Son Colin, Mother & Father and Sister Ruth once again in Heaven.
She will be sorely missed by her children Amanda, Janette and Derek and Grandchildren Rebecca, Kim Lyndsay, Matthew, Amy, Aaron, Josh and Luke, all of her Great-Grandchildren and Nieces Sue and Tracy.
Joan's funeral will be held at Wakefield crematorium on her late son Colin's birthday 17th April at 10.30am.
A celebration of life will be held at The Castle pub in Wakefield at 11.30am.
Family flowers only and kind donations can be made to Chapel View Care Home who went above and beyond to care for Joan in her final years.
