DavidCAWTHORN MBEPat and family would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their kind words and sympathy, thoughtful cards of condolence and generous donations received for the Air Ambulance and The Stroke Association. The family also extend a special "Thank You" to the staff of ward 127 at the Royal Stoke Hospital for the outstanding and compassionate care David received and also for the support given to them at this difficult time. Thank you to St Giles Church Newcastle for leading us through the celebratory service that his life so richly deserved.
The family are so grateful to Kevin Lownds and Family Funeral Director for guiding them through the whole funeral arrangements. Their kindness and understanding of the family's plans was sympathetic, calm and reassuring. Their contribution gave us a day to treasure.
