Theo JamesCASTANHEIRALaid down his cape after a long heroic battle on Sunday 27th May 2018. Aged 5 years.
He will be forever loved and missed by all of his family and friends.
Theo's funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Glascote Heath
on Friday 15th June 2018 at 3:00pm.
Followed by a committal service at
Lichfield & District Crematorium (Fradley).
Flowers are welcome by all, but donations are preferred.
