I knew of Aidan from being part of the St Edward's community , however I knew him recently as he helped introduce me to the Knights of St Columba and sorted all of my joining paperwork. Since then he was always a dependable, bright and witty source of comfort and joy whenever I would see and speak to him. Sadly I was unable to make his funeral, but I just wanted to add to all previous remarks how loved , respected and admired he was in all corners of life. May he Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory, a truly good man.

A truly lovely person, you were always so welcoming to me, always with a warm smile putting me at ease.
Over a short period you became a father figure who also felt like a friend. Although I have not had the pleasure of your company for many years, the example you showed me of how to be a good person, dad and family man remains an influence to this day.
I’ve feel privileged to have been able to share good times with you and the family, cherished memories...
Love and condolences to family ❤️
