David RexBRUMPTONIt is with deep sadness that we announce that Rex, aged 92 years, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side
on Sunday 22nd March 2026 whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.
A beloved husband of Cynthia,
a treasured dad to David & Becky and Paul & Machaela,
a much loved grandad to Nathan (Spud), Olivia (Ollie), Alex & Hannah, Katy & Alec and the late Bradley.
A dear great-grandad to Jenson, Amelia and Riley.
A dear brother-in-law to Sandy & Steve, a dear uncle Rex to Richard & Shannon and Andy & Rosie.
A dear great Humpty Rex to Freddie and an uncle Rex to Ian, also a lifelong musical friend to Norman (Primo).
Rex will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate the life of Rex will be held at
St Giles Church, Scartho on Wednesday 15th April at 10.45am.
By request family flowers only, but donations in memory of Rex can be made to The Royal British Legion,
a donation box will be available on the day.
