PhyllisBROOK(Nee JAGGER) On March 18, 2016 Phyllis passed away peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital aged 82 years. Dearly loved and loving Wife of Raymond, devoted Mum of Steve, Mike and Jill and Mum-in-law of Gaynor and Agnes Dudu, Sister-in-law to Wendy and Cedric, much loved Grandma of Louis, Jennifer, Jeremy, Freya and Justin and Great Grandma of Max. Would Relatives and Friends please meet at Huddersfield Crematorium, HD2 2JF for the Service at 2.45pm on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016. No flowers please by polite request but donations in lieu if so desired to The Stroke Association for which a box will be available at the Crematorium.
