Passed away at home on 26th December 2024, aged 75 years.

Beloved wife of Derek, loving mother to Emma, Ian and David and mother in law to Samantha, Chris and Ewa. Dear sister to Keith and Gillian and a much loved grandmother to Tabitha, Lucie, Eliza, Harry and Juliet. Lynn will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral service to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Thursday 9th January at 10:30am.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to The Sir Bobby Robson unit at the Freeman Hospital.

So very sad to only just hear of Lynn’s passing. We met at Wallsend Technical school when we were 11, and she became my best friend. I was with her at the Oxford dance hall in Newcastle when she met her lovely husband, Derek, and I was a bridesmaid at their wedding. Lynn was a ray of sunshine in the world and such a lovely person, and I feel so blessed to have known her. I send huge commiserations to her family.
