AgnesAKROYDOn 17th December 2023 peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital surrounded by her loving family, Agnes aged 81 years.

The dearly loved wife of Ronnie, much loved mum of Beverley, mother-in-law of Hinchy, loving nana of Ashley, Justine and Monika, a beloved great-nana and a good friend to many who will be sadly missed.

The funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby on Friday 19th January 2024 at 2.00pm. Will friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the crematorium.

So very sad to hear of Agnes passing. I have so many happy memories of Agnes. I have known Agnes since 1977 when we worked at Standard Fireworks Lepton. She always made me laugh and I always loved seeing her. Condolences to Ronnie and Beverley and family.Rest in peace Agnes you were one special lady

We remember a thoughtful, kind and humorous friend, Aggie. Our memories go back to her time at Ashfield Club. We’ve enjoyed happy times and good memories over the years. We were so pleased to see both Aggie and Ronnie on their day trip to Bury Market. Out thoughts are with Ronnie, Beverley and all the family.

Our Dear Auntie Aggie,

She is no shrinking violet,
Her smile lifts our spirits.
Her loud laugh is infectious,
Time with her is precious.
Many rude words she spoke,
Now, our hearts are broke.
Memories of her, we'll cherish forever,
We will all miss her.
