Carole AnnWILLIAMSONOn 4th October at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Carole aged 71 years.

Beloved wife of Clive, loving mum of Matthew and Sarah, Grandma of Amelia, Noah and Lucas.

The service and committal will take place on Thursday 23rd October at Lawns Wood Crematorium at 1.00 pm. Otley Road, Adel, Leeds, LS16 6AH.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu if so desired for British Heart Foundation.
