Dearly loved mum of Jeffrey, cherished nanny of Ashleigh and Connor, beloved sister of John, Pat and Alan, and the late Bryn and Molly, sister-in-law to Val and Geraldine, and the late John R, and a much-loved aunt and great-aunt.
Hazel will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service to be held at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 22nd December 2025 at 12:00pm.
