Simon MarkGAUNTSimon Mark Gaunt was born in Huddersfield in 1972 and passed away peacefully at Coventry and Warwickshire University Hospital on the 7th June 2026 after an illness.

Simon was loved and cherished by his wife Joanna, his parents Allen and Pamela, his sister Paula and his many friends and relatives who will mourn the passing of one who made the world a warmer place. His kindness, dedication and humour touched so many, and he will be missed deeply.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 26th June 2026 in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 12:45pm.

We request that all floral tributes are delivered to our Allesley Old Road Branch, at least two hours prior to the funeral time. Donations in memory of Simon are for Cancer Research UK. These can be placed in the donation box at the service or given online via Funeral Notices at www.ajlloyd.co.uk A J Lloyd Funeral Directors

Gone far too soon! I struggle to not smile when I think of my memories of you when I was growing up. Life and soul, usually involving my Dad too. Wherever you both are now, hope you can continue your cheeky ways together. Rest in peace Si. Gone but wont be forgotten. X
