Valerie DorothyBROMLEYsadly passed away at County Hospital, Stafford on the 22nd August aged 85 years.
She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday 27th September at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please with any donations in her memory being shared between Dementia UK and the British Heart Foundation.
