A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, the Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the doctors and staff at Honley Surgery for the care they gave Michael. We would also like to thank Reverend Ray Borrett for his comforting service and Co-op Funeralcare, Heckmondwike, for their kindness and support.
