Lancelot AndrewSTEELNovember 1946 - August 2024 It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my wonderful husband, Andrew. Not only was he my soulmate, but he was a guiding light to my children and grandchildren. Their hero.
A man of strong values and views, with a great sense of humour. An amazing storyteller. Tales, which were always exaggerated to add to the fun. We will miss his presence in our lives, but his memory will live on forever.
My family and I invite you all to celebrate his life at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 20th September at 12.30pm. Casual dress is what Andrew requested and he asked for donations to The Haematology Outpatients Fund at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, which would be greatly appreciated. A donation box will be available at the service or online via radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk-obituaries. With thanks and love Jennie Steel.
