Pete, you will be sadly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing you. A true, polite and kind gentleman, who wouldn’t say bad of anyone - despite their reckless actions!

You were an amazing Father in Law to me and, I was lucky to have spent the last 35 years of your life being included as part of your close family - you treated me like your own son.

You were very well respected by all that knew you, and were classed as a local footballing legend. We spent many a good time at The Vetch & Liberty Stadium watching The Swans on a Saturday afternoon!

You were a good ‘all rounder’ and enjoyed many other sports too - Golf, Bowls, Squash, Badminton and Snooker just to name a few. Whatever you turned your hand to, you always give it 120% - FACT!

Pete, you’re finally now at peace after battling with that cruel illness called DEMENTIA!

It’s not goodbye, but more of Goodnight, Godbless and Sleep Tight, until we meet again xxxx
