SusanSMITHPassed away in the wonderful care of staff at Primrose House Nursing Home Haslington following a long struggle with Dementia aged 75 years. Susan formerly of Nantwich, Beloved Wife of the late Guy and Loving Mum to Karen and Richard. Sadly missed by Family and Friends. A Service to Celebrate Susan's life will be held at St Mary's Church Nantwich on Monday 12th June at 12 noon preceded by private interment at Nantwich Cemetery at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired in memory of Susan will be gratefully received for Alzheimer's Research UK and The Primrose House Residents Fund.
