Funeral Service and Cremation is to take place at Crewe Crematorium on Tuesday April 24th 2018 at 12.40pm. Will relatives and friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations preferred in memory of Simon for Ward 14 at Leighton Hospital c/o The Funeral Director.
Mourning clothes are not necessary.
