I will always remember what you have done for me throughout my life. You have been an amazing stepfather and husband to my mum . It was very hard seeing you in such pain which no one such ever have to go through. I will always remember you, and the times we shared together, forever to treasure. Sleep peacefully John

sorry you had to suffer like you did John, it was so unfair.! You were so brave and still managed to maintain your sense of humour and quick wit to the end . It is good your free from pain, but you will be sadly missed by all.
