Loving Husband to Lesley. Much loved Dad to Julie, Cheryl and In-laws Carl and Wayne. Dearly loved Grandad, Brother and Uncle. Sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 2nd September 11.30am Lelley Fields Crematorium (Oak Hall).
Family flowers only but donations if desired to Parkinson's UK, collection plate at service.
At family request Hull KR or Liverpool clothing to be worn if possible.
