When meeting Dave both socially and through work he was always the same, just a very funny bloke and we shared some great laughs. That will be my lasting memory of Dave. He will be sorely missed. RIP Dave.

Dave was a very special man. Intelligent, curious, engaged and always funny.

Very few conversations or topics Dave didn’t know or have interest in.

His love of footy and Huddersfield Town were second to none.

We will miss him every day as he was a legend. However, he was all about fun and getting on with it and that’s what we shall do, with him in our hearts.

Love you Dave - never forgotten.
