Frederick John GadsdonREESPassed away peacefully on 8th April 2025, Fred, formerly of Maes-y-gwernen Close, Morriston.
Devoted husband of 72 years to Joan, much loved father and father-in-law to David, Ann, Helen, Colin and Samantha.
Proud grampa to Kristian, Luke, Liam and Lucy, and great-grampa to Griff and Cerys. Brother to the late Mabel.
Fred will be sadly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.

A Celebration of Fred's life will take place at
Ty-Hedd Funeral Home Friday 9th May 2025 2:30pm

I worked with Fred in Saudi Arabia. An absolute gentleman. I consider myself fortunate that Fred came into my life. RIP old friend.

Fred was one of the nicest people I knew growing up in Morriston golf club. Always happy to give the juniors a game when it wasn't common practice. Also enjoyed the games of darts and cards in the bar afterwards too.
Sad news, the world has lost a real old school gentleman and my sincere condolences go to the Rees family

An incredible man and friend. Had the pleasure to play numerous rounds of golf with Fred and had many a pint during a game of cards. I've known the family for over 50 years. RIP Fred xx
