GerardRAYNARDRAYNARD - GERARD, September 1, 2019. Aged 73 years. Devoted husband of Lily, loved and cherished Dad of Gary, Stephen & Paul. Much loved Grandad of Jamie, Daniel, Bethany, Kai, Evie & Sam. Loved Father in law to Denah & Jen. Much loved and adored by all his nieces and nephews. Resting at home from Friday 6th September. Requiem Mass to be held at 10am in St Anthony's Church on Thursday 12th September. The service will then continue at Anfield Crematorium. My Gerry, my love, my life, my best friend, we were together until the very end. You never looked for praises, you never were one to boast, you went on quietly, working for the ones you loved the most. We had 50 years of marriage, we loved, we laughed, we cried, always side by side. I will love and miss you for the rest of my life. When the time is right I will come to you and we will be together forever and ever. No more pain now Gerry. Love from your broken-hearted wife Lily xxx It has been so difficult to watch your pain over the last few months Dad, but it was a privilege to be able to spend precious time with you. I am glad your pain has gone but heartbroken that you are no longer with us. Love your broken-hearted son Gary & Denah xx Goodnight, sleep tight Grandad, Love Daniel & Kai xx Well what can I say Dad, I will miss you more than you know. I will be brave like you wanted me to be but life won't be the same. Your pain is over, but I just need to learn to live without you. Ps Don't forget your spade. Love your broken-hearted son Stephen & Jen xx Grandad we will love & miss you always, Love Evie & Sam xx My dad, my hero, my best friend, who was always by my side until the very end. To be born a gentleman is an honour, to die one is an achievement, and what an honour it is to be your son. You were an amazing Grandad to your grandchildren, who loved and adored you. Love you broken-hearted son Paul and grandchildren Jamie & Bethany xx All enquiries to Barringtons Funeral Services, 28 Crosby Road North, Waterloo, Liverpool L22 4QF. Tel: 0151 928 1625.
