Ian DavidPHILLIPSIan suddenly passed away on Tuesday February 27th at his home in Llangyfelach, aged 59.

Ian was a loving and devoted husband to Sharon and a beloved and proud father to Charlotte.
He was a husband and father in a million.

Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday March 15th at 10:00 am

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to the Liz Baker renal unit at Morriston Hospital.
